Ceremony with Prelude

$300 for first string player

$200 per additional string player

Cocktail Hour & Other Events

$200 per string player per 60 minutes (+$100 for first player if not bundled with ceremony & prelude)

Other Notes

Mileage fees (equivalent to the current IRS mileage guidelines) will apply for venues farther than 30 minutes outside of Richmond, VA.

Due to the delicate and valuable nature of string instruments, a $50 fee per player will apply for outdoor venues. Reliable protection from all precipitation and direct sunlight are necessary for outdoor performances. Ensembles will be unable to perform in temperatures below 60 degrees and above 90 degrees due to risk of damage to their instruments.

Other instruments (such as harp and piano) may be priced differently due to transportation needs for large instruments and equipment.

The $300 fee for the first player includes up to 1 custom song arrangement when sheet music is not already available for your chosen selection. Additional arrangements are available at $50 per arrangement.
